    14. Booking Deposits & Cancellations

    This section explains how deposits, confirmations, cancellations and refunds work when you book a service with us.

    • Securing your booking: A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and we have issued written confirmation. Until then, the appointment is provisional.
    • Deposits are non-refundable: Any deposit paid to secure a booking is non-refundable, unless Concept-R Performance agrees otherwise in writing.
    • Cancellations and no-shows: If you cancel, do not attend, or are significantly late without reasonable notice, the deposit may be retained to cover lost time and reserved capacity.
    • If we cancel: If Concept-R Performance needs to cancel or cannot provide the booked service, we will contact you and refund the deposit where applicable, or apply it to a rescheduled appointment.
    • Balance payment: Any remaining balance is payable according to the booking terms agreed with you, usually on completion of the work.
    • Changes: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
