    After Harvest (August–October)

    The ideal window for combines and field machinery. The season is complete, the machine is being serviced anyway, and there's no operational pressure.

    Is it legal to remap a tractor or agricultural machine?+
    Yes. Agricultural machinery is not subject to road vehicle type approval regulations in the same way as cars and vans. A tractor operated on private land (fields, farms, yards) has no emissions compliance requirement that would be breached by a performance calibration. For machines that are also registered and driven on public roads — as most tractors are — the position is the same as for road vehicles: the remap must be declared if the machine carries relevant insurance or warranty coverage. In practice, the vast majority of agricultural remapping work operates entirely legally and without any compliance issues. We'll advise on your specific situation if you have concerns.
    Will a remap damage my tractor's engine?+
    A professionally developed agricultural remap operates within the safe mechanical limits of the engine. Modern agricultural engines are extremely robust — they're designed to operate at high load for extended periods. The factory software is conservative for commercial and warranty reasons, not because the engine can't handle more. Our calibrations are developed to increase power and torque while keeping temperatures, pressures and mechanical stress within acceptable limits.     Will remapping void my machinery warranty?+

    How long does an agricultural remap take?+
    Most tractor and telehandler remaps take 1–2 hours on site. This includes our diagnostic check, ECU read, calibration development and write. Combine harvester remaps may take slightly longer depending on ECU access. We'll give you a specific time estimate when you book.
